NAVI Rover™
Field Autonomy, Reimagined
An intelligent outdoor UGV platform engineered for extreme mobility, field autonomy, mission intelligence, inspection, smart agriculture, mapping, and rugged robotic deployment.
Where conventional robots stop, NAVI Rover begins
NAVI Rover is designed to go beyond a remote-controlled rover. It is an intelligent robotic platform capable of perceiving surroundings, adapting to terrain, collecting high-value data, and supporting human teams where mobility, endurance, safety, and situational awareness matter most.
Outdoor autonomy, structured like mission software.
MDVS® Modular Dynamics Vehicle System
Independent driving and steering wheel units designed for agility, terrain adaptability, and precise outdoor motion control.
FALCON VISION Navigation
Perception-driven autonomy with visual SLAM, localization, mapping, and terrain-aware planning.
COPINS Edge AI Computer
FPGA and NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin-class processing for onboard perception, sensor fusion, decision support, and offline-capable autonomy.
Multi-Layer Sensor Fusion
LiDAR, depth cameras, RGB-IR vision, ultrasonic sensing, encoders, and cognitive fusion.
Rugged Field Engineering
IP67 protection, wide temperature capability, smart indicators, E-stop support, and modular rails.
Open Architecture Software
ArmorControl OS supports autonomy, motion, sensor access, low-level controller access, third-party applications, and OTA evolution.
MDVS® gives NAVI Rover the movement profile of a field robot, not a simple vehicle.
NAVI Rover combines independent drive and steering units with a Rocker-Bogie linkage suspension to maintain ground contact, climb obstacles, improve stability, and adapt to complex outdoor terrain.
Smart Spec — engineering data, organized for customer decisions.
Smart Use-Case Dock — match NAVI Rover to real field operations.
Smart Agriculture
Optimize yields, automate repetitive field tasks, and monitor crop environments with precision navigation and data-driven field insights.
Autonomous field inspection for large outdoor facilities.
A professional use-case story that explains the product through the buyer's problem, NAVI Rover workflow, and ArmorBionic™ value.

Built as a deployable outdoor autonomy platform.
Specifications are organized as a readable procurement and engineering databoard. Replace or refine values as the product moves through final validation.
What is NAVI Rover designed for?
NAVI Rover is a cognitive outdoor UGV platform for smart agriculture, security observation, mapping, surveying, field inspection, exploration, and rugged outdoor data collection.
How much payload can NAVI Rover carry?
NAVI Rover supports up to 200 kg payload, making it suitable for sensors, inspection payloads, field tools, compute modules, and mission-specific add-ons.
What makes the mobility system different?
NAVI Rover uses the MDVS® Modular Dynamics Vehicle System with 12 wheel units — 6 driving and 6 steering — combined with a Rocker-Bogie linkage suspension for rough terrain mobility.
Can NAVI Rover operate in difficult terrain?
Yes. The platform is designed for rugged outdoor environments, with a 330 mm wheel diameter, obstacle climbing capability of 20–25 cm, and climbing angle above 45°.
What autonomy stack does NAVI Rover use?
NAVI Rover uses FALCON VISION navigation and COPINS© Edge AI computing, combining FPGA and NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin-class computing for autonomous perception, planning, and field intelligence.
What sensors are included?
The datasheet lists 360° 3D safety LiDAR, dual absolute encoder rocker linkage, touchless obstacle detection, multilayer sensor fusion, ultrasonics, depth cameras, RGB-IR camera, wide-angle cameras in the Explorer Kit, E-stop buttons, speaker, smart LEDs, and buzzer indicators.
How long can NAVI Rover operate per charge?
The listed endurance is approximately 4 hours, with a 58 V / 100 Ah battery, manual charging or battery swapping, approximately 1.5 hours charging time, and 10% to 80% charging in about 50 minutes.
Can customers build custom applications on NAVI Rover?
Yes. NAVI Rover runs ArmorControl and provides an open architecture for third-party apps, low-level controller access, and sensor-data access, making it suitable for customized field applications.
